### ICE Version

Safe & Secure is available when you activate myVW 1, providing emergency support when you're out on the road. With Automatic Crash Notifications 2, Anti-Theft Alerts 3 and Stolen Vehicle Location 5 services available with compatible vehicles, you can drive with confidence knowing we're here to help.

To enable Safe & Secure in your vehicle, accept the Car-Net Terms of Service during myVW sign up, select the Shop tab of the myVW app and activate your plan, including five-year access from the original vehicle date of purchase.

### EV Version

Safe & Secure is available when you activate myVW 1, providing emergency support when you're out on the road. With Emergency Assistance 2, Automatic Crash Notifications 2, and Information Assistance 4 available with compatible vehicles, you can drive with confidence knowing we're here to help.

Emergency Assistance 1

If you or a passenger need help, you can press the SOS Button in your vehicle and a Safe & Secure Emergency Specialist can send help to your vehicle's location.

Automatic Crash Notifications 1

When your vehicle detects a deployed airbag 2 or rollover, it will automatically connect you with the Volkswagen Response Center to see if you need assistance.

Anti-Theft Alerts 1

Receive an alert right to your smartphone when your vehicle alarm is triggered.

Information Assistance 1

You can contact one of our agents for help with a touch of the i-button.

Stolen Vehicle Locator 1

If your vehicle is ever stolen, the Volkswagen Response Center can work with authorities to access your vehicle's location remotely.
