Bring your vehicle keys and proof of ownership-typically your title or registration. If your car has a lien, bring documentation showing the lienholder's information. Service records are helpful too, as they show your vehicle's maintenance history, which can positively influence the appraisal.

Having these items on hand speeds up the entire process. If you can't locate something, don't worry-just give us a call at (847) 593-4700 before you come in, and we'll let you know what we'll need.

Our team will handle all the paperwork from there. Once your trade-in is appraised and you've agreed to the offer, we manage the title transfer and payoff coordination. Just bring what you have, and we'll take it from there!
