Absolutely not-a trade-in is completely optional. Whether you're paying cash, financing, or leasing your next Volkswagen, the choice to trade in your current vehicle is entirely yours.

That said, a trade-in can be a fantastic way to reduce what you owe or put down on a new vehicle. If you decide to trade in, we'll handle all the paperwork and title transfer, making the whole process seamless. If you'd prefer to keep your current car, sell it privately, or handle it another way, that works perfectly fine too.
